If you have any questions or want to have an initial, confidential telephone/online conversation with me you are very welcome to drop me a line by email or leave a voicemail message and I'll get back to you to arrange a time to speak. It helps if you let me know when is a good time for me to contact you and whether it is ok for me to leave a telephone message. I don't charge for this initial talk, which normally lasts about twenty minutes. It is covered by the same confidentiality as counselling and psychotherapy, but I don't ask intrusive questions or expect people to go into great or intimate detail. It's really just an opportunity to have an initial talk and to discuss what you'd like to get from some sessions.
